How to Name ACE to Your Estate Plan

Instructions on how to name The ACE Fiduciary Group, A Non-Profit Corporation as a trustee, executor, agent, or conservator

You can create or update your estate plan to name The ACE Fiduciary Group, A Non-Profit Corporation ("ACE") as successor trustee, Executor, and Financial Power of Attorney.

If a situation involves a Conservatorship, "ACE" can serve as the court appointed Conservator of Person or Conservator of Estate.

If a trust contest or court oversight of a testamentary trust requires a neutral fiduciary, "ACE" stands ready. Amending Your Estate Plan

For Trust Settlors who have previously named Loren Acuña as Successor Trustee, Executor, and Financial Power of Attorney in estate plan documents, please consider a simple amendment to your estate plan.

You may continue to name Loren Acuna Emmanuel, with power of appointment as your primary successor trustee, and add The ACE Fiduciary Group, A Non-Profit Corporation as your back-up trustee and agent (or you can just name The ACE Fiduciary Group, A Non-Profit Corporation by itself). This gives your estate planning documents (or even yourself as you age) a simple, no court-required way to provide your estate continuity of care over a longer time period than can be offered by an individual person.
